Conscious Childbirth Online
The medical industry currently approaches human birth out of fear and a lack of trust in our body's ability to birth the babies we grow. In my Conscious Childbirth course online, we do not ignore the greater systemic issues that lead so many people to deliver in the hospital at the mercy of a care provider that in most cases they’ve never met until the day of their child’s birth. In fact, we use this FACT as fuel to prepare ourselves as much as possible. This class was designed to remind ourselves of our strength, power, and resilience as birthing people in a world that has lost it’s trust in our bodies. Most of my clients simply cannot afford an out-of-hospital birth or don’t have access to insurance plans that can cover or reimburse for an out-of-hospital birth, or do not have the support of their loved ones due to fear-based practices and stories they’ve heard throughout their lives. For many of my clients, this course helps them achieve an empowered birth experience and becomes the best way for them to change the narrative and break this cycle of traumatic birth in their families.
I am building a community of conscious folks who are not willing to accept the current state of birth in hospitals, and are willing to demand to be treated fairly, and be considered active participants in decision-making about their bodies and their babies throughout their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum/breastfeeding process.
This starts with being informed and raising our consciousness. We must be grounded in order to be our own greatest advocates. This is also essential to cultivating a healthy sense of self as a parent. Not only are we prepping to birth a child, but when we give birth, we are reborn as well.

Danellia “Dane Reál” Arechiga (she/they) is a Queer unpartnered parent, full spectrum traditional birth worker, public speaker, and musician residing in Long Beach, CA, land of the Tongva and Acjachemen peoples.
Birth work called out to her in 2012 after giving birth to her daughter. She has since attended over 100 births. She acknowledges and honors her ability to connect with her clients at a higher level of consciousness by observing each person she works with and intuitively helping them exercise their own best coping methods throughout labor, birth, postpartum, and throughout parenthood.
Since first starting birth work back in 2012, Danellia has become a certified childbirth educator, placenta encapsulation specialist and trainer, full spectrum doula (includes support through conception, abortion, pregnancy loss), and Mexican traditional medicine for postpartum healing while integrating mindfulness, spirituality, and ancestral medicine into her work. In recent years, Danellia has expanded her offerings, adding sex education and 1-on-1 coaching for vocal and sexual liberation.
Danellia invites her guides and ancestors in gratitude as she reminds birthing folks and their families of their innate wisdom and strength throughout their pregnancy, birth, and parenting journey. Through her offerings as a birth doula, childbirth educator, traditional postpartum practitioner, group facilitator, and public speaker, and musician she helps families return to their true selves through intergenerational healing.
